By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age required by TikTok and applicable law in your country or region to use the Services.
If you are below the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
You must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before purchasing a subscription, Coins, virtual items or other paid content where required by applicable law.
You may not use the Services if:
- You are legally prohibited from receiving the Services;
- Your TikTok or MiniMagic account has been suspended or terminated for serious or repeated violations; or
- Your use would violate applicable law, TikTok rules or these Terms.
TikTok Platform
MiniMagic operates within the TikTok platform. Your use of TikTok is separately governed by TikTok’s applicable terms, privacy policy, community guidelines and platform rules.
TikTok is not the operator of MiniMagic and is not a party to these Terms between you and us. We are responsible for MiniMagic’s content, operation and customer support, except for functions independently provided and controlled by TikTok.
Certain functions may depend on TikTok, including:
- Accessing and launching MiniMagic;
- Authentication and account identification;
- Payments and subscriptions;
- Advertising;
- Reports and complaints;
- Platform security and technical services.
Changes, restrictions, interruptions or termination of TikTok services may affect your ability to access MiniMagic. We are not responsible for TikTok’s independent acts or omissions, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
Login and Accounts
MiniMagic currently uses TikTok login and authentication.
When you access MiniMagic, TikTok may provide us with an account identifier, such as an OpenID or similar identifier. With your authorization, TikTok may also provide limited profile information necessary to operate your MiniMagic account.
We do not receive or store your TikTok password.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information where requested;
- Use your account only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes;
- Keep your TikTok account secure;
- Not sell, rent, lend, transfer or share your account;
- Not create or use accounts through automated or fraudulent means;
- Notify TikTok and us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Suspension, deletion or loss of access to your TikTok account may affect your ability to access MiniMagic and the content or benefits associated with your MiniMagic account.
License to Use the Services
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of MiniMagic, its content or any intellectual property to you.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display our content without authorization;
- Download or record dramas except through an officially provided feature;
- Modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works from the Services;
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to obtain source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- Circumvent content access, payment, subscription, advertising or security controls;
- Use the Services or content for commercial purposes without written authorization;
- Remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices;
- Scrape, index or extract data using automated tools;
- Resell, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit access to the Services.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.
Content and Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided through MiniMagic, including dramas, episodes, videos, audio, subtitles, scripts, images, posters, graphics, logos, interfaces, software, designs and compilations, are owned by us, our affiliates or our licensors.
These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
“MiniMagic,” our logo, product names and related branding may not be used without our prior written permission.
You acquire no ownership rights by:
- Viewing or unlocking content;
- Purchasing Coins or a subscription;
- Watching advertisements;
- Saving content to a favorites list; or
- Using any other feature of the Services.
Content Availability
The dramas, episodes and other content available through MiniMagic may vary by:
- Country or region;
- Device or TikTok version;
- Language;
- Licensing restrictions;
- Subscription status;
- Product availability; or
- Applicable law.
We may add, remove, replace, edit or restrict content where reasonably necessary due to licensing, legal, technical or business requirements.
Purchasing access to content does not guarantee that the content will remain available indefinitely. Where required by applicable law, we will provide an appropriate remedy if paid content becomes unavailable.
Coins and Virtual Items
MiniMagic may provide Coins, episode-unlocking rights, membership benefits or other digital items collectively referred to as “Virtual Items.”
Virtual Items:
- Are licensed, not sold;
- May be used only within MiniMagic;
- Have no independent cash value;
- Are not bank deposits, electronic money or investment products;
- Do not earn interest;
- Cannot be transferred, traded or sold unless we expressly permit it;
- Cannot currently be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
MiniMagic currently does not support cash withdrawals.
Coins may be purchased, earned through advertisements or promotional activities, or otherwise granted by us. Purchased Coins and promotional Coins may be subject to different conditions.
We may correct a Virtual Item balance where an error, duplicate credit, refund, chargeback, fraudulent activity or technical issue has occurred.
We will not arbitrarily remove Virtual Items that you lawfully purchased. However, Virtual Items obtained through fraud, automation, abuse, payment reversal or violation of these Terms may be frozen, reversed or removed.
Virtual Items may be subject to validity periods where clearly disclosed before they are obtained.
Rewarded Advertisements
MiniMagic may allow you to voluntarily watch advertisements in exchange for Coins, content access or other rewards.
A reward may require:
- Watching the advertisement for the required duration;
- Completing the advertisement successfully;
- Receiving a valid completion confirmation;
- Complying with applicable limits and activity rules;
- Passing anti-fraud and security checks.
A reward may not be issued where:
- The advertisement is closed before completion;
- The completion signal is not received;
- There is a network or platform error;
- The applicable daily or activity limit has been reached;
- Automated, manipulated or fraudulent behavior is detected;
- The same reward has already been issued.
We may investigate missing rewards. We may also correct rewards that were issued by mistake or obtained through abuse.
Advertisements are provided or controlled by TikTok or other authorized advertising partners. We do not endorse every product or service advertised. Any transaction between you and an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.
Purchases
MiniMagic may offer paid digital content, Coins, episode access or other Virtual Items.
Before making a purchase, you must review:
- The product or benefit being purchased;
- The price and currency;
- The quantity;
- The period of validity, where applicable;
- Any applicable limitations.
Payments may be processed by TikTok or its designated payment providers. Their payment terms and rules may also apply.
We do not directly collect or store your complete payment-card or bank-account information.
A purchase is completed only after the payment platform confirms successful payment. Delivery may be delayed while payment or risk-control checks are completed.

Purchases are generally final after digital content or Virtual Items have been delivered or used, except where a refund is required by applicable law or permitted under the applicable payment-platform rules.
If a purchase is refunded or reversed, we may remove the corresponding unused Virtual Items or benefits.
Subscriptions
MiniMagic may offer automatically renewing or fixed-term subscriptions.
The subscription page will display the applicable:
- Price;
- Billing period;
- Subscription benefits;
- Renewal terms;
- Trial terms, if any;
- Cancellation instructions.
Where automatic renewal applies, your subscription will continue for successive billing periods until cancelled through the applicable TikTok or payment-platform subscription settings.
You must cancel before the renewal deadline displayed by the payment platform to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
Deleting MiniMagic or your MiniMagic account may not automatically cancel an active subscription. You should cancel the subscription through the applicable platform settings before deleting your account.
After cancellation, subscription benefits will normally continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the applicable platform rules provide otherwise.
We may change subscription prices or benefits by providing notice as required by applicable law or platform rules. A price change will not be applied in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
Refund requests are handled according to applicable law and the relevant payment-platform rules.
Acceptable Use
You must use the Services lawfully and responsibly.
You may not:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- Access another user’s account without permission;
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- Use bots, scripts, emulators or automated tools to manipulate the Services;
- Create false, duplicate or coordinated accounts to obtain rewards;
- Manipulate advertisement impressions, clicks or completion records;
- Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities or payment errors;
- Circumvent geographic, subscription or content-access restrictions;
- Upload or introduce viruses, malware or harmful code;
- Interfere with servers, networks or normal operation;
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks;
- Collect personal information about other users without authorization;
- Use the Services for spam, fraud or unauthorized advertising;
- Sell, transfer or exchange accounts, Coins or access rights;
- Submit false reports, refund claims or customer-support requests;
- Use the Services in a manner that harms minors or other users.
You must not encourage, assist or permit another person to engage in prohibited conduct.
Security and Fraud Prevention
We may use account, device, transaction, advertisement and activity information to detect and prevent:
- Unauthorized access;
- Fraudulent payments;
- Chargebacks;
- Automated activity;
- Reward manipulation;
- Multiple-account abuse;
- Technical attacks;
- Violations of these Terms.
Where suspicious activity is detected, we may temporarily:

We will never ask you to disclose your TikTok password, complete payment password or complete card security information.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access where reasonably necessary because:
- You materially or repeatedly violate these Terms;
- Your activity creates a security, fraud or legal risk;
- Payment fraud, chargebacks or reward manipulation are detected;
- We are required to do so by law, a court, a regulator or TikTok;
- Continuing to provide the Services is no longer technically or commercially feasible.
Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the violation before termination. Immediate action may be taken for serious fraud, security threats, illegal conduct or risks to other users.
Termination may result in loss of access to viewing history, Virtual Items and membership benefits. Your rights relating to valid paid purchases remain subject to applicable consumer law.

Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your MiniMagic account to contact:
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify ownership of the account.
After a verified deletion request is completed:
- Your MiniMagic account will no longer be accessible;
- Viewing history, Coins, Virtual Items and account benefits may be permanently deleted;
- Deleted data may not be recoverable;
- Your TikTok account will not be deleted;
- An active subscription may continue unless separately cancelled;
- Certain transaction, security and legal records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
You should use or otherwise manage lawful account benefits and cancel active subscriptions before submitting a deletion request.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data, profits, opportunities or goodwill.
Our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of:

General Terms
25.1 Entire agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services, except where additional terms are clearly presented for a specific purchase, promotion or feature.
25.2 Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will remain effective.
25.3 No waiver
